Returns
Items unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise with all tags, can be returned within 14 days from the day tracking shows delivered.
A return could be requested by e-mailing Return@Essentials4Yu.com
- You will need the order number, purchaser name, and date of purchase. Please take a couple photo’s of the product and attach it in the e-mail.
- We will e-mail you a pre-paid shipping label.
- When returning a product, make sure to package it well. We advise to pack it in the same packaging it came in with clear packing tape.
- A $5.95 fee will be deducted from your final return amount.
- You can drop off your package in the mailbox, give it to your postal carrier, schedule a free carrier pickup, or take it to any authorized USPS facility.
- Returns will be issued back to the payment in was purchased with.
What if my product is damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please e-mail us at Return@essentials4yu.com to process a return.
- Include your order number, name, Item Title, a couple photos of the item and the reason for return.
- We will respond within 24-48 hours
- We will send you a return shipping label or/and process a refund immediately.
How do I return or exchange a gift?
- Returning or exchanging a gift receives store credit.

How long will it take for my return or exchange to process?
We respond to you within 24-48 hours, send you a shipping label, receive item, and process the return. This can take up to 7 business days.
